Celebrate Junior Ranger Day with a Family Tree Walk at Upper Landing Park followed by a screen printing activity outside of the Science Museum of Minnesota! A National Park Service ranger or volunteer will help you make a screen print of some of the leaves featured on your walk. Once you complete the Junior Ranger activities inside the museum you can get sworn in and receive your official Junior Ranger badge!
The Family Tree Walk takes about 1 hour and the screen printing activity takes about 5 minutes. Both activities take place outside and are weather dependent. In the case of inclement weather, an alternate date will be provided.
